Meet our staff...

Janet is the most familiar of faces here at Piper Heritage Veterinary Clinic.  She has dedicated 22 years to the practice and to those that call us their veterinary clinic.  Janet is our lead receptionist and "go-to" woman here at Piper Heritage. It is a culmination of her experience and compassion that allows her to insure that critical cases are attended to quickly and our wait times are minimal.  She creates a balance at Piper Heritage and her presence is always appreciated.  Janet's love and patience extends to the orphaned puppies and kittens that she will nurse back to health. She has two dogs, Dolly and Claire, and four cats, Jasmine, Shorty, Biff and Buzz.

Paula is the firecracker of the bunch!  She has been at Piper Heritage since 1995 . Paula is our head veterinary technician and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and establishes a fun and focused environment.   Although our clients may not see Paula in the front exam rooms, her 20 years of veterinary experience prove invaluable.  She coordinates the surgical schedules and treatments each day and acts as our doctor's liason to the newest in pharmaceuticals. Clients can rely on Paula to provide the highest standard of care for their pets during dental or surgical procedures. Paula has two dogs at home, Peanut and Sooner!

Dawn is our most versatile staff member at Piper Heritage Veterinary Clinic where she doubles as a veterinary assistant and kennel attendant.  With this role, it is Dawn that sees our patients up close and personal.  It is her dedicated and compassionate personality that allows her to provide a high level of love and care for our patients.  She has a busy house with three children, two dogs, and six cats.

Pam has been with Piper Heritage Veterinary Clinic for almost two years and brings her friendly, resourceful attitude with her to work daily.  Our clients can find Pam either at the reception desk or assisting the doctors in the exam rooms.  She has a tender spot for big dogs, especially for her own German Shepherd, Sonny and Rottweiler, Mister.  Pam also enjoys working with exotic patients.  Before working here, Pam was a long time client of Piper Heritage Veterinary Clinic and has been an excellent addition to our team.

Jacalyn is a relatively new addition to Piper Heritage and comes to us from Michigan.  Her outgoing personality and friendly demeanor allow her to transition quickly from the exam room to the reception desk.  Jacalyn, and her dog Ella, enjoy competitive dock diving and Ella is a ranked national champion.

Mary is our newest team member.  You can find Mary at the reception desk or assisting in exam rooms.   Mary worked in the movie business for 21 years and has recently made the jump to the veterinary field.  While she is fairly new to veterinary medicine she is not new to dogs and cats.  Mary has two beagles, Watson and Baleigh, and two cats, Java and Latte.
